Returns

We accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect within 7 days of receipt. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. We will arrange for the return and provide you with a replacement or a full refund based on the situation.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product must not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items; we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund through the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method. Please note that refunds may take a few business days to reflect in your account.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
